All iCoreHosting colocation plans include a fixed monthly power allocation based on continuous watt usage. When a server exceeds the allocated wattage, excess power charges apply based on total kWh usage recorded by our intelligent PDU system.
This article applies to all colocation racks located in CJ1 Cyberjaya, AIMS Kuala Lumpur, and JBIX Johor Bahru under iCoreHosting.

- Official PDU Recordings: All colocation power usage is recorded directly from iCoreHosting’s internal intelligent PDU system.
- Client Usage Published Monthly:

billing.icore.com.my → Your Colocation Service → Additional Information - No External Meter Access: Clients cannot access live PDU readings directly for security and accuracy reasons.
- Monthly Snapshot Time: Power readings are captured at 12:00 AM on the 1st day of every month.
- Separate Invoice for Excess Usage:
If your usage exceeds the included allocation, iCoreHosting will issue an Excess Power Usage Invoice separately.

100W × 24 hours × 30 days = 72 kWh included per month
