Requesting Pre-Approval for VPN/Proxy/Tunneling Usage

Overview
iCoreHosting strictly prohibits the operation or facilitation of any VPN, proxy, or tunneling services — including but not limited to OpenVPN, WireGuard, IPSec/L2TP, PPTP, SOCKS5, HTTP/HTTPS proxy, SSH tunnels, MTProto, or Tor — without prior written approval.
If you require VPN, proxy, or tunneling functionality for legitimate internal corporate use, you must obtain written pre-approval before deployment. Approval is subject to our verification and compliance review.
How to Request Pre-Approval
Send an email to support@icore.com.my with the following details:
Subject: Request for Pre-Approval to Use VPN/Proxy/Tunneling Service
To: support@icore.com.my From: [Your Name] Company Name: [Your Company Name] Service Type: [VPS / Dedicated Server / Co-location] Server Hostname / IP: [e.g., vps123.icore.com.my / 103.6.xxx.xxx] Dear iCoreHosting Support, We would like to request pre-approval to use VPN or tunneling functionality on our server for legitimate corporate purposes. Usage Details: - Purpose: (e.g., Secure connection between our Johor Bahru office and our HQ in Kuala Lumpur for internal data synchronization.) - VPN Type: (e.g., OpenVPN / IPSec / WireGuard) - Users: (e.g., Limited to 10 internal staff) - Traffic Type: (e.g., Internal ERP access only, no public or third-party usage) - Access Restriction: (e.g., Only authorized IP addresses will be allowed to connect.) We confirm that the VPN will not be used for any anonymization, public VPN services, or activities that bypass regional or copyright restrictions.
